I'm so grateful she is feeling better.
We're definitely over the worst of the illness.

Brad returned back to work today after being
off for three weeks due to his neck injury.
I'm so grateful the treatments are working
and that his neck is improving.
I'm grateful to have him in my life.

Day 188

This amazing and beautiful lady just returned from a mission to Italy.
She made such an impression on my 3 year old daughter that
Olivia is already asking me, "Mom, when can I go on a mission?"
Thank you Kayla for your amazing spirit and example.
Welcome Home.

Day 184

I'm grateful to all members of the military.
Those that are active or retired.
They do something for me that I'm not able to do for myself.
Their service guarantees my freedom.
Their service should never be taken for granted or be unappreciated.

I love baking.
When I bake I feel productive.
Taking a bunch of different ingredients and combining them to make something so delicious is simply amazing. I believe it is a science and an art. Practice definitely makes perfect.

Day 182

One of my friends brought me this Coke.
It was truly appreciated and enjoyed.
Sometimes little things like this can make us feel loved and remembered.
That is a true gift... to be remembered by a friend.

Day 181

I love History.
I love looking at old things and wondering what "memories"
they have accumulated and helped create.
Who used to drive this old truck? Was it used for work? For fun? What views has this old truck seen? Where has it been? There are so many lessons we can learn from history. I need to remember to write down my history more and to study the history of my ancestors so it's not forgotten forever.

Day 180

I love a good road trip. It's a great time to get away,
to take a break, to rest and relax.
We love taking this road to our cousin's house in Delta. We always have a great time there and we love spending time with family.
